We can only win with the right alliances !

CoDe Ltd started its operation back in the 90’s as member of the Main Group (this is perhaps already considered history…). Thanks to its international ties it became a founding member of Common Trust Business Association in 2005.

Both associations gouped a number of domestic and international micro and small enterprises together and the cooperation was based on the long term relationship and mutual trust of key people of the partner companies. In both cases time has proven the viability of this alliance – the „more companies, more relationships” concept really helped.

This experience together with the rapid changes in the banking IT sector made us to embrace the old slogan again: „We can only win with the right alliances”.

Based on the experience from the past but answering the questions of the present 6 Hungarian micro and small enterprises established the skillPOOL Expertise Cluster in May 2014.

It wasn’t an easy start. Many questions have arisen. Am I supporting my competition? What if more than one companies have resources for the same requirement? How we decide about prime contractorship? Who are our competitors? The big systems integrators? And – who are our clients? The banks or the systems integrators? Too many questions to have the right answer for at once but we are already on good track!

It’s not just that we gather for boring cluster meetings and take turns in making minutes… We have already defined our mission and also started to approach clients together. It can already be seen how we can work together and for each other. It appears that the old slogan works!
